One of my nodes on the home network running XP Pro SP3 and configured for automatic critical downloads was updated about 2-3 weeks ago in October.
To my surprise it reconfigured the admin rights, so I have extra (unplanned) limitations on my perfectly configgured machine.
For example I configured multiple users and never go outside on the internet with admin rights.
Does anybody know which KBxxxxxx hotfix caused this, so I could revert back?
I even poked into the GPO but couldn’t find anything there that would of cuased that. Probably some registry settings were updated …
Even poked around MS and could not find a thing.
