MS Internet Share Problems

I have 2 problems related to Internet Share on 2 different networks:
(1) Windows 98SE Host and Windows 98 Client
Cannot get the host to show Internet Share
Icon on task bar and as such unable to use
share on client.
(2) Windows 98SEHost and Windows 95b Client
Client dials but never seems to make a
connection.
Both networks are peer to peer and seem to be running fine otherwise. ICS has been uninstalled and installed again but to no avail.
