I believe what causes this is deleting findfast.exe and related files. I did this because of tips given by my ISP on optimizing your computer. According to my ISP Findfast is a memory hog and not needed. I have created this bootup problem severaltimes and had to reload the software. I would like to fix the problem without reloading.
