In Windows XP is it possible to get the product key code for Office XP 2002 and reinstall it with a different disk?

If you mean, I have Office XP 2002 and lost my original install disk, but my friend has an Office XP 2002 disk, then yes. But if you mean, I have an Office 2003 disk, then no. You should make sure that the key you have and the disk match, i.e. Standard Key and Standard Disk. Also, don't try to use a retail/OEM key on a corporate disk.

Yes all you need is a utility called Key Finder from Magic Jellybean and that will give you the ability to not only find the Windows & Office Product Keys but change them as required. It's at

The only thing that you need is a working computer to use so you can find the Key for the Product.

Also there are several different versions of Office XP and you have to use the right CD for that Product Key if you have just lost the case that your Cd's came in no big deal but if you are trying to use a different CD from someone else you'll need the same types of CD example OEM, Volume License, Retail, or whatever else was originally supplied with your system. You can not use an OEM CD to install a Retail or Volume License Copy of Office and the same goes for the other way around.
