MS OLE Automation

In recent weeks a window pops up asking:
Do You Want OLE Automation?
If YES is clicked, it replies that the one installed already is newer than it can provide.Do you still it replaced – NO. Window pops up, again. Everytime the computer is turned on, up comes the Window about OLE Automation. How does one get rid of it?
