I’ve installed Office 2K Pro on a dozen new Win2K PCs. In each case, Organization chart works only in the Admin profile. In any user profile I get an error message, Unable to load – Press F1. The help screen indicates it’s a memory, resource or disk space problem, obviously not the case since it works in the admin profile, and there is plenty of each available. What’s going on here and how can it be fixed?
