There is an option in OWA. Its a drop down box. There you can see the options
1. Messages(which means all messages)
2. Unread messages
3. By sender
4. By Subject
5. By Conversation Topic
6. Unread by Conversation Topic

Yours must be showing Unread messages. So just change that to Messages and you will be able to see all messages. Since that option is selected, you will only see unread messages. But all your mails will be there in the mailbox.

All the best

Probably at your desk pc you might have configure outlook so that all read messages go to some folder (pst file). Reconfigur your outllok at your desk to keep the all messages on server instead going to personal folder. Go to mail setup.Make sure to set Deliver new message to the mailbox instead personal folder.
