MS Outlook

Can I disable a certain account configured on MS Outlook, that this account CANNOT send any emails. That account was suppose to receive only emails. Is this possible with MS Outlook. I also tried deleted the Outgoing mail(SMTP Server) On the Servers Tab but when I click OK Error message appear stating to Enter A Valid SMTP Server.

Hope anyone can help as the requirement for me is very urgent
