I need to know if I can permamently disable the Outlook 2000 preview pane for out users. I would like to do it via a reg entry so I can put it into a script.
Why? because the preview pane screws up our tracking of email messages for legal reasons. Or? is there a product that I can buy as an addon to exchange server that provides bullet proof message tracking. We need to know if someone read mail and did something with it or just deleted it without reading it and hopefully put it into somekind of database.
