MS Outlook

I need assistance on how to remove the annoying popup ‘Clipboard’ dialog window whenever I try to copy contents from Outlook to another application or another window.

I have tried to uncheck the Clipboard tool bar under the ‘Tools’ option, but italways comes back when I perform the copy function.

Then I tried to move the popup to the right side of the Outlook window so that it becomes a taskbar on the active window. But when I open a new mail, the change is not applied, the popup comes back on.

This is really getting on my nerves, I have to do a lot of copying from my Outlook to my application
in the course of my work and when the popup appears, it disrupts my momentum…
