MS outlook

Every time I try to create a new appoiment with contact using my Contact list, the appoiment does not show the contact name on my calendar.

The easiest way to solve this issue is to add the contact name to the Subject field. They will then show on the calander itself.

Because your appointment itself is showing on the calander, I think everything is working fine.

Sometimes the contacts need to be set up within Outlook to accept meetings.

Additionally, you can check the Attendee Availability tab. If your contact people are showing in there, you have no problems.

I have seen this before and it sounds like a feature of Outlook that Microsoft may want to look into. (something to send to the R&amp team)
