MS Outlook Express 6.0

Everytime I restart my system, Outlook Express always pops up and ask me for a password. Yes i did assign a password for everytime i open up Outlook Express 6.0 . But I have no idea why it tries to open up everytime i boot the system. It gets annyoying after a while

ANy suggestion would be great.
