I am having difficulties login on to Exchange using Web Access. Here is the scenario. The primary server is taking the request for Web access, the user types the alias and then the domain\user name. Authentication works if the intranet is used but if I try it from the web it fails. The user’s exchange box sits in a different domain but the same org and site as the primary box. No site connectors are being used. Any suggestions, it seems to be some type of authentication issue.
