We have remote users connecting to our network with through broadband Internet connections and Cisco’s VPN client software. We use Exchange 5.5 for email services along with Outlook 2000 on each of the clients’ boxes. The problem we’re having is maintaining a constant connection to the email server for these remote clients. Unless the end-user clicks on the Inbox or “triggers” a response, email messages are not updated/sent. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Thanks!
