using ms project central to automate monthly, quarterly, yearly work flow in my office. know that i can have assigned tasks also appear in outlook task list. QUESTION: is there a way to have tasks automatically assigned (and therefore appear in tasklist) contingent on two factors: predecessor is complete and task is set to start next day or sooner.
Also, while on subject, would like to use hyperlinks from outlook tool bar to link directly to specific views in project central. i can get it into the first page by hyperlinking the authorization link (on auto network profile authorization, but not anywhere past there. so the QUESTION: is there a way to point to multiple, consecutive links, resulting in just the last page coming up?
Alsowant to link msp tasks to webpages containing procedures/templates for task. would like to have webpages automatically updated when changes are made to underlying document and would like links automatically updated if an underlying document is moved. QUESTION: is there a program that will do this for me?
