It does not seem caching is working correctly for me. When I go into Proxy parameters using MMC and change the caching parameters such as the size of cache or change the drive where it is located, and then apply it, it looks as though the changes took. However when I release this page and go back in, my setting have returned to the previous settings.
Also, when a browser gets a web page with graphics on it, and then a 2nd PC calls the same web page, it appears as if the 2nd PC is not getting the graphics from cache but instead downloading it from the original web site.
Any thoughts?
