MS Vista Network Conectivity Issue

HI,

I am facing problem while a am going to connect any Vista OS PC/Laptop with our LAN. we are using Windows2003 Server as a DC.

While joining a PC with LAN its giving Error.
And also if got connectivity automatically disconnect after a little while.

Pls. give me any solution that I am really irritate with this.
