I ahve a similar question to a previous questioner. Upon occassion, I don’t know the trigger, the “web” toolbar comes up without my requesting it, it is not “checked” in the listing of requested toolbars. In most cases it is undesireable, takes up room from the other toolbars in the document.
It doesn’t hurt anything, it is just a nuisance. I did not want to go back to “default”
