I have a problem with MS word 97 on one of our laptops,
We are running Windows 98 and Outlook 2000,
When the user switches from MS word to another program ( e.g to check mail ) Word closes along with what ever work he has been doing,
When word closes there are no Save dialog boxes or anything, just when he goes back to Word it’s not there ( nothing in the task manager either ).
Any ideas would help greatly, as I have never come across this or any similar problems
