I am using MS Outlook using a form that we designed to capture data. In the form we have the ability to print the form.
Using MS Word we created a document using bookmarks for the data capture to be entered. THen we saved the template.
Now when we start the MS Outlook form and press the Print button it tells us that the form is corrupted. To rebuild or us a convert to try and repair it.
Using MS Word we can open the DOC and DAT (template) fine.
Using Windows XP and Office 2003.
