MS works 2000 on windows 98Se. When I try to save a new word documnet in words native formate “word document” I get the following message which locks up MS word. ” An unexpected error has occurred: I/O error 0″ Any suggestions on how to fix this is appreciated. The rest of the programs in the suite work fine. I just can’t save a word document. If I open previous word document which I saved prior to the time the problem surfaced, I can work on the document and save it but can’t save a brand new document.
