MSCONFIG FOR 95????

By PeeJay ·
Hello Everyone: I have a question... In Windows 98, if you go to run and type in msconfig, you will get a list of everything in your "task manager" and you are able to just check what you want on/off. You can do this instead of having to hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and having to click end task on each item. Is there anything like this on Windows 95? The Msconfig program doesn't work. If there is something like this, does it come with 95 or do you have to download it... Please help.. P. J.

This system utility that you ask of is part of the WIN98,operating system.
In win95 try Config.SYS to see if this is the equivalent of what you want.
