MSDOS CDrom eject Command?

Is it possible to write a command which will eject the cdrom in MSDOS, I have downloaded
fxeject from the following url http://www.simtel.iif.hu/pub/pd/42082.html
but I’ve no idea how to initialise the command.
any ideas would helpful.
