MSDTC error specific – 3221229574

“MSDTC service terminated with service-specific error 3221229574” is the message in Event Viewer. I cannot gain access to the desktop, I only see the background.bmp. I can ctrl-alt-delete and access Task Manager. I have SQl 7.0 and IIS with Certificate Server Installed. Error occurred after PDC crashed. It seems like it doesn’t recognize the account to which it has permissions. Any Help would be great. At this point, I think I need to Repair Nt and Transaction Server. NTFS partition. Non Cluster Environment.
