I just built a new PC with a 1.2GB Processor and 256MB of memory. It has a SB Live card, GForce Pro card, DVD card, DVD & CDRW, and a USB cable modem. I loaded WIN98SE on the pc and it locks up 60% of the time during boot up. I can go into safe mode. I tried to bootup with the bootlog.txt but it would not create a log. I also reloaded WIN98SE over top and it did not fix the problem. I removed all cards and installed them one at a time. Everything was fine. No error in Device Manager. Then aftera couple of shutdowns and reboots it start all over again.
