I have a dell with windows ME,I had problem with home page changing,browser not working properly.I called dell and they told me to visit your site “tinyurl.com/5b3qh” and try your free scan.I did and the scan found several viruses.All were removed except one, coolwwwsearch. After restarting computer and getting to my desktop I receive an error “exploer has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL explorer will now close” I clicked the close button in this box but it comes right back.I can not open internet explorer or any other programs.I was able to close the error box and quickly open “spybot-search & destroy” and run the scan again.I then received a error “runtime error! program:C:\program files\symantec shared\CCAPP.EXE” Please help with this problem.Thank you.
