Thank you for fast responce.In reference to the MSHTML.Dll error.How can I do what you suggested. I Cant access InternetExplorer,MyComputer,Start. Can I try,use “Backup,Dell-installed Programs” CD.Or which CD can I use.I have all software that came with computer.Thank you so much for trying to help. Alvin
