Hi guys
i am really really tired and have no idea what to do. Here is the problem. I want to install borland developer on my pc. installer program starts up fine. i enter the info. but when i click instal which is final step, nothing happens. in the event viewer it tells me error id as 11708 and source is msIinstaller. this cd worked fine on my windows xp but not on xp sp 2. in the task mangager i see msiexec running. i have to terminate it manually or it keeps on runing without any change.
i have searched a lot for the solution but no result. i got tired and reinstall windows xp sp2 but the problem is still there.
