I was running MSN 6.0 using Microsoft ME and never experienced any problems. Last week an automate update was performed on my system to upgrade to MSN 7.0. Since that time I have been unable to write or send any e-mail. I have done everything theMSN support group has told me and am still down. Has anyone else experienced this same problem and be able to resolve it?
