Sometimes when I boot my PC I get the MSN dial-up “Sign In” screen. When I cancel in a few minutes it pops up again. I have turned it to “never dial a connection” but every time I turn my PC on I have to reset this option. Is there a way to keep “never dial a connection” permanent?
