msn messanger disconect

hi
i am having dsl connection and a proxy server through which all access there mail in outlook express and access internet.my proxy is wingate5.0.there are 48 machine running and msn messanger on all machine disconnect after certain time.i have chexk all the sitting in msn.what may be the problem.my other site are working fine.
