A contact added me to their list; they can see me and my status but can not IM me. I can see her but she always appears offline. However, her status is set to online and I still can’t see her. She’s also checked to make sure she didn’t block me.I didn’t block her. Any suggestions on other settings that might need to be checked or how to fix this?
