Miranda Portable may be of use

Hi,

I know this isn't quite the answer you were looking for but I am not familiar with a memory stick version of MSN Messenger.

However, I use Miranda Portable (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/miranda_portable)

This can be run from a memory stick and enables you to use MSN, Yahoo, Jabber and more) - you can run this from a networked PC as long as the network firewall hasn't been configured to block messenging clients.

Hope this is of some use to you.
