My outlook express no longer works because of an issue with MSOE.DLL, or at least thats what the error message says. A search on the internet indicates that this is a prevalent issue. Unfortunately, an easy fix seems to be difficult to find. Registry programs such as regcure and regbooster, etc claim to fix this particular problem, but I doubt it. Ive also read that I could run the cumulative outlook express service pack 1 updates. The problem, although I have XP SP2, I can not run said service pack because i dont have outlook express service pack 1. microsoft is very good at avoiding and confusing the issue. Any help is appreciated. Im sure the solution is easy to an expert. If I cant find a solution, I may have to reisntall XP SP2 because it turns out that outlook express is part of XP SP2 now.
