MSOffice; missing printers in Excel only

I have a Laptop, on a network, with Win95b and Office97 with all patches applied. I have 10 printers setup on this laptop and all Apps see all printers except Excel. Excel only sees 5 of the 10 printers. I have tried removing and reinstalling Excel by itself and Office97 completely but Excel still doesn't see all of my printers. Any ideas on what the cause might be and how to fix it?

According to Microsoft's Knowledge Base, this is a corrupt registery or the win.ini file contains the wrong info. Go to http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp
and search for Specific Article ID Number Q211391 for instructions on how to fix it.
