MSPROXY 2 – Access control failing

Is there any way to solve this or suggestions on my next move.

I have a NT4 Server with SP6a and the post 6a security rollup(SP7), I have also patched up codered and various other virii related patches. Proxy 2 is running on this server but hasnever functioned correctly. All the permissions seem to fail unles i use one of the “BUILTIN” groups. If i use these groups everything works flawlessly. I have tried on an individual level as well as both local and global groups. I have no real idea of my next move so any advice will be taken on board
