MSTSC -The Client could not establish a connection to the remote computer
I connect via MSTSC to a 2003 server no problem.
I restart that server and discover that the server has not restarted.
I attempt to connect back to it via MSTSC and get the following message:
The Client could not establish a connection to the remote computer
The Most Like causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer.
2) The maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer.
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection.
Question: I except that MSTSC has stopped/failed:
How can I kick start server to allow MSTSC access?
NB: I can see that the server is up as I have a RIB card connected.
