Is it possible for the normal.dot to be corrurpt and effect existing files, but not new files? I have several word docs that error when closing. When I create a new document and insert those bad files and save over the top of the bad ones they seemto be fine. Someone is tring to tell me that this is the normal.dot file. Can that be the cause?
