How many of your companies use digital multifunctional machines?
ie; printer/copier/fax/scanner
With a machine of this type being leased, the maintenance falls to the vendor instead of the IT dept. Bottlenecks are nonexistant due to the jobs beingstored on the hard drive of the machine.
What would your objections be, as a systems administrator?
