Multiple accounts saved to a device under one account. Safe or no?

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 9 under one main samsung account with a gmail and I never change that but then when I go to settings there has an area where there’s accounts and there’s multiple accounts listed from Google from duo from all these random places. Is that dangerous what access do these diff sites, emails etc have to my info ? I cannot find anything about it on the Internet and might it might be a stupid question but I don’t know what the benefit is or what it’s doing or why and or how they even get saved to my device half the time lol. so is it safe? Should I delete them or leave them?
