Multiple email addresses per user-Ex2003

My company has some weird policies were a lot of email is addressed to job function as opposed to specific users. We just migrated to an Exchange 2003 environment. What I need to do is give a user multiple email addresses. For example: John Doe needs the following email address to be routed to his mailbox, jdoe@company.net, accounting@company.net, and Joe@company.net. No need to for seperate mailboxes I just want to route the mail to jdoe’s mailbox. I imagine this is an easy thing to do in an exchange environment, but since I ma rookie at Exchange I am unsure how to do this.
