If I have multiple internet email accounts, how do I identify which 'from' address to use when 'sending' email without it say "on behalf of...."?

Its probably easier to use Outlook Express for this since you can select from a 'FROM' field between mail accounts.

If you prefer to use outlook, you can set up several profiles in Outlook, one for each mail account. Right click on the Outlook icon on your desktop and select Properties. Click on SHOW PROFILES and then Add the other mailbox info (repeat for your other mailboxes). Then select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Properties, Advanced Tab, and select NONE under Logon network security. Then, Run Outlook and select TOOLS -> Options and select MAIL SERVICES tab. Select Prompt for a profile to be used. Regards

The best way to do this is to create a separate profile for each account. It can be a pain but will save you alot of trouble.

To do this, close Outlook and Right Click on the Icon and go to Properties. Click on Show Profiles and start adding the profiles that you will need. Go back and open up Outlook and go to Tools, Options, and click on the Mail Services Tab, and select Prompt for a Profile to be used. This is how I manage all the mail accounts for my web clients. Hope this helps.
