I have a W2K server running with 2 NICs. One for the local network, and a second for an external network. My problem is that periodically, I can not access this machine using the external IP address that I have assigned. It is like it just forgets what it is doing.
From this machine I can ping the IP address with no problems, but not from anywhere else. This is running a webserver that I need to be able to access via the Internet and when it goes down, Major Heartaches! Any thoughts?
