Multiple profiles

Problem: Have multiple laptops that authenticate into W2K server while in the office with username.domain as profile.

When the laptops are in the field they use the same bsgm.localmachine profile so that they can see each other in the field. (We set up a hub and several laptops and a printer to do our work)

Issue: Different profiles mean that settings i.e. desktop and Outlook settings etc are different. If changes are made to one profile it does not transfer to the other automatically.

The only solution that I could see is a script run at login and logoff to sync the materials.

I am hoping that I am missing something obviousI can’t be the only one that has this issue – Thanks for your help!!!
