Multiple sheets tracked on one

I am creating a tracking spreadsheet that includes seven sheets (one per agent) and needs to have a single sheet that pulls all the information from the others and compiles it regardless how much information is stored on any given agents' sheet. Pivoting has proven unsuccessful (and too complicated for our management team). This sheet will be used to get a high level view of all the work each of the agents has performed on their cases each year.

There are seven sheets with nine columns of data, some date, some numerical, some text, and the data will grow dynamically throughout the year. I can't seem to get the data from all seven sheets onto one sheet without having all the 'potential' rows remain blank until they're used on the parent sheet.

Any ideas?
