Recently, various users are unable to logon to the server (NT) on the first try. The users will have to type their password several times for a successful connection. And it is not always the same users. Each workstation runs Win98/SE. We have approximately 55 users.
I done a variety of recommended fixes and checks at the workstation. Ping testing to the server, shut-down the server, reset the hubs(3Com), reset the switches (hp).
Anyone have any ideas of what else to try.
