Multiple VPN connections on a NAT router

By earlneo ·
Is there any solution on how to let multiple vpn clients/connection from a NAT to a vpn server?

Currently my company have a FreeBSD (pf + nat + gre) nat/router and I did try to map our public IP to our private IP 1:1 but still its not working perfectly (some remote site can be connect, some are can't).

Really need your guys help. Thanks

What type of VPN connection are you looking at? PPTP? L2TP? IPSEC?

If you are doing NAT already then you should be fine as long as you allow GRE and AH to pass through. If you're connecting on a checkpoint box, then you need to allow tcp/259 (fw-auth).

All VPN connections type

by earlneo In reply to

Actually my company is running a hotel business and we offer free internet access to all of our guest through ethernet and wifi.

Back then we gave them public ip and the problem comes after we put them under BSD NAT firewall.Even we tie 1:1 between private & public IPs, the problem still haven't been solved.

About the VPN type it should be all as we would not know what kind of type they are using either IPSEC,PPTP or L2TP.
