I am busy at the moment compiling a list of the mundane day to day tasks that an administrator of a messaging system has to perform and am looking for some views on the subject.
The types of things that I see are: –
-Releasing mail from spam quarantines
-Finding messages that users have deleted and restoring them
-Verifying that last nights backups have been successful
-Checking system logs for signs of problems
