My computer won’t fully load up. It will not go past the mup.exe or mup.sys load in safe mode. I tried loading from the last safe start up as well and the computer locks up everytime. How can i fix this prolem. I have read that it could be a driver problem to a virus. I would like to know how I can fix it without loading up to the start menu. Since it won’t get that far. It freezes in the window startup and in the safe mode start up.
