music id3 tag help

I am looking for a program that will search for id3 tags for my “unknown artist” music and then add the tag to my file. Is that possible? Also I would like to be able to rename all of my music files with a common format such as song, artist, genre, etc. Does anyone know of a program that will do these two things? (preferably freeware)
